If you want to preserve the character of your existing railing rather than replace it entirely, ERAMIS can assess the problem and determine what can be repaired.
From loose wall-mounted handrails and improperly secured brackets to wobbly posts, loose spindles and damaged or failing components, many railing problems can be repaired while keeping the existing railing in place.
Our focus is on restoring the structure, stability and function of the railing wherever practical, while preserving as much of the existing railing as possible.
Scope: ERAMIS provides structural railing repairs and component installation. Painting, staining, lacquering and other cosmetic refinishing are not included.

Modernize a structurally sound existing railing without the cost and disruption of complete replacement. Renewal work may include removing dated spindles or selected components, completing minor modifications and preparation, and installing replacement components.
Where finishing is included or coordinated, ERAMIS offers solid-colour outcomes only, such as paint or solid-colour lacquer.
Finish limitation: Staining, stain matching, transparent colour matching and stain-style touch-ups are not offered.

ERAMIS works with cabinet and millwork shops to provide professional on-site installation of supplied cabinetry. Working from the shop's plans and specifications, we handle the installation on site and communicate directly with the supplier or other trades when installation details need to be coordinated.

ERAMIS can take the project from boxes and components through assembly and professional installation, including layout, levelling, alignment and fitting the cabinetry to the conditions of your home.
